1. Eligibility

To register as a member of Marriage Vision BD, you must meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum Age: At least 18 years for females and 21 years for males (as per the laws of Bangladesh).

  • Intent: You must be legally competent to marry and have a genuine intent to seek a life partner for marriage.

  • Marital Status: If previously married, you must be legally divorced or widowed.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

  • Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your profile.

3. Verification & Authenticity

  • Right to Verify: To maintain our status as a Reliable Brand, Marriage Vision BD reserves the right to request National ID (NID), Passport copies, or educational/professional certificates for verification.

  • False Information: If any information provided is found to be false or misleading, we reserve the right to terminate your membership immediately without a refund.

4. Role of Marriage Vision BD

  • Matchmaking Service: We provide a platform to facilitate introductions between compatible members. We do not guarantee a successful marriage or a specific number of matches.

  • Final Decision: While we assist in the process, the final decision to pursue a proposal and the necessary background checks on a potential partner remain the sole responsibility of the member and their family.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Membership Fees: Fees are charged for the professional time and resources used for matchmaking.

  • Non-Refundable: All service fees paid to Marriage Vision BD are non-refundable once the service has commenced or a profile has been shared, regardless of whether a marriage is finalized.

  • Renewal: Membership packages are valid for a specific duration; renewal may be required to continue services.

6. Code of Conduct

Members must behave with dignity and respect. You agree not to:

  • Use the service for casual dating or commercial purposes.

  • Harass, stalk, or abuse any other member or our staff.

  • Share or distribute the personal contact information of other members without their explicit consent.

7. Privacy & Communication

  • Your use of our service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

  • By registering, you consent to receive communications (Calls, SMS, Email, WhatsApp) from our team regarding potential matches and service updates.

8. Termination of Membership

Marriage Vision BD may terminate or suspend your account without notice if:

  • You violate any of these Terms & Conditions.

  • Multiple complaints are received against your behavior.

  • You are found using the platform for fraudulent activities.

9. Limitation of Liability

Marriage Vision BD shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages arising out of the use of our service, including but not limited to, misinformation provided by other members or any disputes arising between families after an introduction.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka.
